[edit] Proposal stages
[edit] Ideas
- Main page: SSTF project ideas
The Student Sustainability Task Force encourages any and all ideas for projects promoting sustainability on and around campus. If you have nascent ideas, if you want to see some ideas to spark your imagination, or if you want to help us organize and clean up ideas into project proposals, check out our SSTF project ideas page. If your idea is relatively fleshed out, you may be more interested in our SSTF project formation page.
[edit] Project formation
- Main page: SSTF project formation
Projects in the nascent stages of formation are held separate from ideas. At this stage, a project starts taking on its own identity. The SSTF intends on spending most of its effort at this stage until we have a handful of feasible project proposals.
[edit] Project proposals
- See SSTF project formation for proposals that don't have their own page yet.
- Face The Waste - proposal for a five-day event during Earth Week
- FYE sustainability event - proposal for bringing sustainability into FYE
- Office of Sustainability - our proposal for creating an office to promote sustainability and sustainable education
- Performance Plans - proposals for integrating sustainability into the portfolios of the various departments and offices
- Student Orientation - proposal for integrating sustainability activities into student orientation
[edit] Tagging
Laban Coblentz suggested tagging all projects with any of the following tags:
- Is the project already underway?
- add "[[Category: SSTF underway]]" to the bottom of the project page
- Could it serve as a model to be replicated?
- add "[[Category: SSTF model project]]" to the bottom of the project page
- Is it a big budget item?
- add "[[Category: SSTF big budget]]" to the bottom of the project page
- Does it require permission of some sort?
- add "[[Category: SSTF permission required]]" to the bottom of the project page
- Is it a discrete event?
- add "[[Category: SSTF discrete event]]" to the bottom of the project page
